IOController is designed to suit applications requiring Electronics Automation. It has 5 active low Optoisolated Inputs, 5 active low Optoisolated Inputs, 2 Relay Outputs, 2 Open collector Outputs Multiplexed, RS485 connectivity, Buzzer, 16×2 Alphanumeric LCD Multiplexed, 8 Digital Inputs/Outputs, 4 Status Leds on Hardware.

Optoisolated Inputs can be used to connect Switches, NPN Proximity Sensors, PNP Proximity Sensors, Door Close Sensors and Water Level Sensors over long distance. Relay Outputs can be used to control high voltage AC powered devices. Open collector Outputs can be used to place Status Leds at a long distance. RS485 can be used to monitor activity from Master device and remote configuration. Buzzer can be used to indicate user. 16×2 LCD can be used to show status of process and for the local configuration of device. Digital Inputs/Outputs can be used to control Stepper Motors using external Driver.

Vehicle Tracker

Everyone need monitoring and control of their vehicles in this era of Machine to Machine(M2M) communication. This Vehicle Tracker device allows you to track your vehicle in real-time through GPRS connectivity. This device provides your vehicle’s current position(latitude & longitude) to server on internet where you can see your vehicle movement on Map.It has inputs which can be used to monitor Engine Ignition, Door open status.

Vehicle Tracker Top viewIt has outputs which can be used to control Engine Shutdown. It has internal memory to store vehicle position data when GSM network not available and send it later. It is designed based on PIC18 microcontroller. We worked on firmware development of Vehicle Tracker for our client.

Wireless Gateway

Wireless Gateway provides a simple gateway between wireless sensors in your network and applications on the internet. This Device has Ethernet & WiFi support which allows connectivity to internet servers through internet network. It supports multiple pluggable radio frequency(RF) modules including TI’s CC3000, CC2530, CC1180, CC1110 and XBee based on different standards like WiFi, ZigBee, 6LoWPAN, Customized protocol.Wireless Gateway Top viewThis device can be used for electricity monitoring and home automation. It is designed based on ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller. We added radio modules firmware support to Wireless Gateway for our client. We also added radio module firmware up-gradation over Ethernet feature.

Bluetooth Bee

Bluetooth Bee is a low cost classic 2.0 Bluetooth module in XBee footprint. Bluetooth Bee supports serial port profile(SPP) which is really easy to use AT command based Bluetooth profile. USB to Serial

USB to Serial is a low cost, easy to use and multipurpose device. Now a days we are running out of Serial COM port on PC and Laptop. As the name suggest, using this USB to Serial you can use your USB port as a Serial COM port. It supports USB to UART 3.3V, USB to UART 5V and USB to RS232 conversion including hardware flow control.USB to Serial Top viewIt has an XBee compatible socket to use it as an XBee Explorer or XBee Adapter and command XBee or any other XBee footprint compatible device e.g. WiFly, Bluetooth Bee. Additionally It also supports In System Programming(ISP) of NXP’s LPC series microcontroller using Flash Magic Tool without need for any external push buttons like Reset, ISP enable.
